Hello Nokia Support
I'm trying to create a new content item, but once I fill in the initial screen (asking for basic details such as title/description/thumbnails) a server error appears.
Any thoughts on why my content item is breaking the submission process?

I'm a media account holder and I'm trying to add a new theme. Once I've filled in the fields for the basic metadata & click create I get the following error message:
[B]The website encountered an error while retrieving [url]https://publish.ovi.com/content_items/metadata_fields[/url]. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfil the request.[/B]

Same problem,
can't create new content item!
can't upload files and change files
can't change metadata!

I've tried different browsers, cleared cache/cookies etc, but make no difference.
Seems that it's sever's problem,hope to be solved quickly!

New problem was found,can't save distribution of file successfully,the file's submission was affected!

Having the same problem too magine! Once the distribution list fields are filled in & save is clicked, it remains in progress and doesn't reach the Submit to QA.
Tried to publish..... first file submitted to QA, but very slowly. Second file, no way to reach the Submit to QA. Exit and re enter..... no way to login. Ah, no.... logged in in 3 minutes! No way to operate. In my day I have to draw, not wait minutes or hours to submit!
Now 500 internal server error!
Still can't set the distribution/Submit to QA for new content. Is there any word on this from the Nokia team?
we cannot operate on new content, nor modify exixting content. Erratic error message of various type. Nokia team said yesterday " The team is currently working towards resolving this issue and hopefully it will be fixed right away. Please refer to the Support page or the Nokia forum for any further updates regarding this issue."
But we cannot operate, and .sis are waiting on desktop.
