Yet to receive App hub refund

I joined the Microsoft App Hub after receiving the Lumia 800 to check out the development cycle. I followed the instructions and used the same email address on the apphub as I did on launchpad as well. Now Its been almost 3 months and I have yet to receive my $100 refund.

I tried contacting microsoft at [email]apphub@microsoft.com[/email] but never got any reply. I have no idea who to contact on Nokia's end either.

Would love some guidance!

I just got mine in the current statement of my card so maybe they are doing it in batches mail launchpad support email shown when you login to your launchpad account also you can open support ticket on app hub as well if there is no response from launchpad team
