If I understand it correctly, you have modified and re-built this ZX-thing for yourself. In that case you should use your own UID, and the result has to be signed by you. And yes, you should rename the output files too in order to avoid clashes with the original application.
OK thank you for your straight answer I'll go for signing this one separately or else try to create only one sis file....
and i dont have source code for camerawrapper.sisx so how to sign this?
or i can use it directly?

It has been discussed near to the very beginning of this thread: CameraWrapper is built and signed by Nokia. You can embed it with the @-thing in your package.
The only thing to worry about is the 20/10/2012, I am not sure what happens after that.
