Question about PAMP

I'm using PAMP (Personal Apache Mysql Php for Symbian s60v3 download at

but i dont know how to use My Sql
my function mysql_connect() get the error "can't connect to serve on 127.0.0.1". Can any one help me about hostname and how to create user,password..
I'm try to edit the php.ini in mysql.default_host,user...but not work
