What is the procedure get Developer certificates

Hi All,

Kindly tell me what is the procedure to get the developer certificates from new site of symbian signed. Earlier it was so easy to get. Previously we generated a *.CSR file through (with required capability) Devsert tool and submit it on Symbian Signed site and get easily.
Kindly help me.

Basically nowadays it is even easier, you just add your devices there and download the certificate from the site.

1) login;
2) add imeis of ur devices on left side of page 'Development Certificate';
3) look to right middle of page and found section: 'Download Development Certificate'.
4) press button 'Download Certificate'

Unfortunately, if you previously was able to sign with your brand name based on Publisher dev. cert, today u could have only generic Nokia's partner 'Ixonos Developer CA' with owner Nokia inside.

what the capabilities it have? I need some NetworkControl capabilities in the certificates.

in general once you have publicer ID, you can get all capabilities except the manufacturer approved ones (TCB, AllFiles & DRM), so NetworkControl should be there. Note of course that release version of sis needing NetworkControl will also require Certified signing.
