What is wrong because I've requested UIDs and the developer certificate to my symbian phone but they won't send the certificate for me? I've send three emails to [email]developer.support@nokia.com[/email] and they have send me two pack of UIDs but no developer certificates. Last time I said that I don't need more UIDs but I need the certificate to be able to test the application on hardware. ID of the request is #114143.
If you can also get the certificate from [URL="https://www.symbiansigned.com"]symbiansigned[/URL] . If you wish you publish an application on OVI, you can also write to ovi publish team to get the certificate.
That's what I did, I sent email to ovi publish team (developer.support@nokia.com) to get the certificate. They just are not willing to send the developer certificate for me. My application needs only some User Capabilities and some System Capabilities, so capabilities shouldn't be the reason for this.
@trogo, did you remember to include at least 1 IMEI with your request? Also, check what capabilities can be used when signing using devcert.
I got the developer certificates now. The reason for this was that Nokia's OVI email address cannot be used for that, which is kind of weird.
