ACTUAL RESULT: The application includes a UID not assigned to the publisher by Nokia. Our processes for signing content requires the UID displayed in the application to match a UID assigned to the publisher by Nokia.

Write to support and ask for your own UID's (they will send you 4 or 5), package every single sis file with 1 of the UID's they sent you, in the line that's written UID write exacly the same UID that you packaged the file with...
