Currently there is IAP API for Qt and Java, there is no API for WRT apps. So please do check the documentation first and then do process the information before making assumptions.

Have you considered on trying out any internet Search service ? For example, if you have a word you do not know, you could write it to google search field, and write [B]what are[/B] on from of it.
