Is there a way to show legend options as the default zoomBar option

I was able to use mouse wheel tab once on the zoombar to trigger the "legend menu " showing with values:

Street, City, State, and Country

However, I would like to find out if there is a way to load the map with this the legend menu as default for ZoomBar.

Perhaps you are trying to extend functionality of a UI component that is not customizable. ZoomBar UI component can be used for zooming and nothing else.
