Users Reporting Problems using the content - Firmware_Version = 111.040.1511

Can anybody tell me what is the problem,
My published content works well with the earlier Belle firmware versions as i tested on them.
[B][COLOR="red"][B]But Users are reporting Problems using the content :
Firmware_Version = 111.040.1511 , and is Belle Refersh version.[/B][/COLOR][/B]

Can anybody guess what may be the problem.
Some say initial screen displayed after that application don't shows anything & so on.

You should test your application with the newer firmware to see what is happening in there, for example you could easily check whether RDA has the device with desired firmware on it.

I did tested it on RDA,
It simply doesn't work on some devices like C7
& on Others like E7 it displays nothing after first flash screen.

What may be the possible reasons,
It is working perfectly fine on previous version of Belle,
And moreover it has Smart Installer packed with it, it should have by itself installed any needed QT components, supposing if problem was due to them.

impossible to say what could be the reason, so you would actually need to debug and see what is happening, and more importantly, what is not happening.

so you could try file logging (or maybe just using Global notes) to debug the code when it fails to work as designed..
