I need scripts to include following features in my swf for Nokias

Hi all, I want to make a flash based application and I want to include these features:

[LIST=1][*]Fullscreen on startup[*]permission to open apps[*]permission to read user data (my images and a text file, actually!)[*]permission to open url[/LIST]

Can anyone give me scripts for these? Note that I have flash file almost ready and I can do all these (except fullscreen) manually i.e it asks for permissions.

Also, I want it to run on Belle too!

Please help.
