How to enable CDC/NCM in Nokia 700 or 701

Hello everyone,
I got problem with my Nokia phone
I want to setup USB networking between Linux PC and my Nokia 701, so that my software on PC can send Ethernet packet to Nokia via USB cable.
I already setup an usb networking on Linux PC, but when using wireshark to capture ethernet packet between PC and Nokia701, there's no captured packet
I think my Nokia is not activated as network device. I found that my Nokia Phone 701 can support CDC/NCM (network control model).
But I don't know how to enable this functionality in Nokia.
