With Thawte certificate, avoid the warning messages?
Hi.
I develop an app for a company using Java ME and we was working with the Nokia X2-01 phone. now, we are working with nokia C2-01 and some options are disabled.
when we install the app, the app is saved to games.
when i go to games, select the app options, application access, data access, add and edit: and the option "ask first time" is disabled.
my question is: if we buy the Thawte certificate for code signature and sign the app with this certificate, then this option will be enabled to select.
the thawte certificate is this: http://www.thawte.com/code-signing/content-signing-certificates/sun-java/index.html
thanks in advance for your help.

You can access the platform-dependent variations from http://www.developer.nokia.com/Community/Wiki/Java_Security_Domains ("API access settings on real phones", at the bottom).
However both devices are Series 40 6th edition, initial release, so http://www.developer.nokia.com/Community/Wiki/API_access_rights_on_phones,_Series_40_6th should apply to both. According to that page the Nokia C2-01 is behaving properly, and the allowing behaviour of the Nokia X2-01 is considered to be strange.
