did not receive the email from test house regarding payment!!

Hey guys,

Hope you all had a great christmas!

I have a situation here regarding the certified signing from symbian signed.

I had to submit an app for certified signing because it contained MultimediaDD capability.
I submitted the app without testing it against the symbian signed test criteria but did not make the payment even though i received the email from the test house. I did not make the payment because i had not tested the app against the symbian signed test criteria. The status of the app on my account says "Ready For Testing".

Then I tested the app against the criteria and submitted again (new submission). But this time i did not receive the payment email from the test house. It has been like 5 days now.
Has anybody faced the same situation before? What should i do in this case?

I sent a mail to symbiansigned as well but they have not replied until now.

All suggestions welcomed.

You can expect some delays as festive season is On. People from SymbianSigned would surely reply as i also had a communication with them & received the reply the very next day(though i have to admit it was a week before Christmas).
