Technical Partnership - Improving Experience on Nokia devices

The company I work in specialize in mobile video optimization and web acceleration.
We release products that improve the quality of user experience in mobile devices.

For us to succeed optimizing our software to new devices and technologies in the market,
we would need information about device capabilities (such as supported formats, codecs, protocols and players)
of upcoming Handsets before arriving to the market.

From the offerings of this site, [url]https://www.developer.nokia.com/Developer_Programs/[/url], Nokia Developer Pro partners had a chance to get access to prototype devices, however that program appears discontinued now, and no reshape/renew/replace thing has been introduced so far.

Nokia pretty much keeps devices under wraps until they are announced, at which point the specs appear here; [url]https://www.developer.nokia.com/Devices/Device_specifications/[/url]

There is no specific program to get information before phones are announced.
