That's right. If you need to use the Nokia's SDK, you need to use Windows, I'm afraid.

I'm using this solution to develop on Mac OS for Nokia Series 40 (J2ME), unfortunately the integration with the IDE is not possible but you can use the emulator (I'm using the Nokia SDK 1.1 and 2.0) or a Series 40 device for your tests. I recommends the device usage, because the wine solution is very slow.
By the way, I'm using the Netbeans as IDE.
