Is there any way from which the developer students can get the free nokia publisher's account Like Microsoft store? Or any promotional offers for students? If not then Nokia should think over this request after all there are many students around the world who couldn't pay some what money for it.

first of all Thanks for your reply. I had read your mentioned link. There is a one-time 1 euro registration fee. But the issue is of payment methods which are quite difficult to developers of many countries including my country. There is no option of banks for my country, which create a lot of fuss to me for publishing my apps to Nokia store.

Do not think about anything complicated. Chinster probably has a working account, and the offer was to distribute your application(s) with that account. Such activity is possible, but it certainly requires some amount of trust from your side. From the legal point of view it may be safer to find a distributor in your vicinity, so where you actually live.
Wizard hu is right.I have a working account with published app.I just offering you a business proposal since you cant get an account.Trust should not been an issue because i will pay you every month even if your app don't reach a threshold 100 euro in original currency (euro).Although in first payment you should give some a couple week to sort thing because it is first time i transfer money to foreign country after that it should be smooth.All the app copyright still belong to you including the content.You can post here or pm me if you want more detail.

Wizard hu: Yes I was trying to pay via debit card not with credit card. Nokia should include more and easy payment methods for students who are developing apps in their part time or they should free from any payment like microsoft had done for Windows App Store. As a student I do not think to keep credit card.
