Is there any update on the issue? Can the Site Admin merge both my accounts because I don't want that there should be any user with two different ids in this forum.

I am trying an other way of reporting now. MWC may also complicate things. As a 3rd party volunteer (moderators are not Nokia employees) I know a couple people only, and some of them are at MWC.

Side note: there was a transition to SSO (single sign-on), and I can not recall if it was earlier or later than your last visit (2012-05-16 according to [url]http://www.developer.nokia.com/Community/Discussion/member.php?519326-joy-mca[/url])
After this transition you can sign in with your account from the main Nokia site (product support, end-user discussions and the like). Do you have such account? Can it happen that it is something else than joy.mca?

Actually I was inactive for some months on this forum and I didn't knew about that SSO(single sign-on), and I didn't knew if any steps need to be followed to keep that account ACTIVE. And yes I had my last activity around that mentioned time.
But I don't have a account on the main Nokia site mentioned by you. No, my id is joy.mca and I am pretty sure about that. Even I have the mail which was sent from this id to my mailid a few days ago(unfortunately I am not being able to attach that image also which I mentioned in my other post ) when I wanted to test if my joy.mca account was active since I wasn't been able to login with my id. But I was very surprised to find such a strange issue (after being inactive for some months) that says that your username doesn't exist whereas they are sending the email with that username

@Joy, you have successfuly posted a response here means you are able log in ? Does this mean your issue is with another id ?

Yes I wasn't been able to log in from my other id (joy.mca) as mentioned in the #1 of this post. So to put forward my problem to this forum I had to create another account(joy.logs) which is this one because it wasn't giving me any option to post without login.

Ok, Sounds like an SSO issue, and I guess Nokia Developer support team intervention is required here.

Yes, looks like an SSO issue. Anyway, the best way to address this is to [URL="https://www.developer.nokia.com/General/Website_Feedback.xhtml"]Give website feedback[/URL] with a description of the problem. While I could forward the details, this way the right people will be in contact with you.
Note, you are definitely in the discussion board part of the site.
If you get no response or solution in the next day or two post here again and I will chase up on Monday.

While I didn't knew about the right place of addressing to [URL="https://www.developer.nokia.com/General/Website_Feedback.xhtml"]Give website feedback[/URL], I resorted to post here for the problem. Anyways the problem have been solved now. Anne contacted me and I followed those steps to successfully login and revive back my account.
Thanks again to ALL here who helped me out to revive back my account. It seems that I don't need this account anymore which I had to create for this issue :P
