MCC and MNC coding too

Hi,

like the guy before, I've got the problem of coding the MCC and MNC for a german service provider, with the number

262 07

(262 in hex is 106)

Could someone please tell me how to translate such a provider code into the correct octets? thanks again ;-)

Whew. We have *got* to get this in the FAQ! =o)

EXAMPLE: 123 04 --> 21 F3 40

Your case:
262 07 --> 62 F2 70
