wb-amr in nokia 3300

i am trying to convert wav to wb-amr format for the nokia 3300.
in the 3300 spec. sheat it is said that this model support wb-amr with file extention : .awb .
the tool that nokia supply to do this convertion is :
Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0

but this tool generates files with : .amr extention only !! ( also for wb-amr format ) .

the phone refuse to download this type of file .

is there any other tool to do this work??

You need to manually rename the files to .awb extension.

I have tried renaming the file to a .awb file, but it still has a problem with filetype on wap download. Any clues?

make sure that .awb extention is defined in the mime type in your iis\ ftp server !!

then ,you change manually the extention to awb and it works .
