How do I connect both Ipaq 5555 and Nokia 3650 for bluetooth Internet Access?

I can't seem to find any instructions on how to do this... I go as far as the Ipaq asking me for a username, domain, and password... <shrug> I leave them blank. Anyway, I don't recall seeing these on my Nokia, so I'm not sure if I'm setting this up correctly. I also get the following error msg:

Dialed: *99#
The answering modem has disconnected. To check your connection settings and change them if needed, tap Settings.

Any direction/help/etc.. would be appreciated!! Thanks!!
