Polytone mixing

I am working with Polytone on a PC base set up using Cubase SX as sugested by Nokia, but the same problem occour evry time;
once the song it has been transfere on the phone (Nokia 4 Poly)it sound completly out of banlance and so I have to retransfere the ringtone back and for to get the right mix on the phone.
Anybody know the reason or even a solution?

I've had problems as well. After I use the 'add SP-MIDI sysex' button and resave the file sometimes the timing of the track is messed up. Very weird.

Gotta love that MIDI
