I want program to convert midi file to Nokia Ringtone format file...

..For sending ringtone by SMS (ie smartmessaging) in all appropriate terminal phone

You can use Ankanet Audio Utility API.
Some features;
- MIDI to RTTTL
- RTTTL to Nokia format
- MIDI to Nokia format

If you goto www.ringtonecity.com they've got a pretty good convertor there...

Or do a search on cnet for NOKRING
