AMR forwarding

Is there any DRM solution to diable AMR forwarding? It's clearly not an ideal audio format, but given its widespread support on handsets would provide an interim solution prior to major support for RMF. The ability to forward AMR is a major issue, any way around it?

As AMR is a codec optimized for speech not for audio, I don't think there's a need for protecting it. There are better codecs that suit better for audio/music and can be protected, e.g. AMR-WB.
