MMS Submission Via GSM Modem Application

Can any one tell me if there is a possibility of submitting an MMS message to operator MMSC using a GSM Modem via an Application??

yes - it's possible to use a gsm modem and an application to send a MMS to the operator MMSC by implementing the MM1 interface in the application.
