Can't run Multimedia Convertor 2.0

Hi,

I am unable to run Nokia Muliedia Convertor 2.0. When I click on the Icon, I hear an error sound and the Convertor doesn't start. I have unistalled and reinstalled it numerous times, but the problem is still there.

My specs are:

Intel P4 2.0G
Intel D865GBF Motherboard
512MB DDR Ram
Windows XP Professional SP2

I'm also having issue running the setup of MMC2.0 on XP R2. Keep prompting me the following:

Windows cannot access the specific device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.

c:\Documents and Setting\user name\Local Settings\Temp\install\setup.exe

Can anyone look into it.
