How much support does Symbian Os has for Developing DVB

I want to know what support is needed in Symbian to develop Digital Video Broadcast end to end solution ?

and

How much support does Symbian has already ?

you could propably check Real's web pages for their helix solution, it also supports mobile networks and they have player made for Symbian phones already.
