App. closed Python - error reporting

When testing applications on N6600, I often get the very descriptive "App. closed Python" error. It usually takes me forever to track down the error.

I was wondering, if there is a way of tracing down the reason for an app closing. Maybe there is a dumpfile created somewhere, or something similar.
