The icon on the phone is still monochrome.

I followed instruction from

Are you sure you listed the arguments to bmconv in the correct order? Reversing icon and mask would cause the problem you describe, obviously.

bmconv Myapp.mbm icon-44x44-colour.bmp icon-44x44-mask.bmp icon-42x29-colour.bmp icon-42x29-mask.bmp

Is this order ok?I can see the icon but it has no colour.

This is on what phone model and what version of the SDK? Does this occur in the emulator also?

My phone is nokia 6600...and i use PythonForSeries60_SDK_2ndEdFP2(Microsoft) on the pc and 2nd version of SDK on the phone.


I haven't try it on the emulator. By the way, do you know how i can change the icon on the emulator and install the application. It is different from the phone.
