Can't open included files failure. "#include <coeccntx.h>"

Hello, when I compile i get the following messages:

Can not open included files:
-----------------------------------
#include <coeccntx.h>
#include <txtrich.h>
-------------------------------------

Do I miss a path ? I run VS .Net 2003. In the additional library directories I add:

C:\Symbian\7.0s\S80_DP2_0_SDK\release\wins\udeb; and
C:\Symbian\7.0s\S80_DP2_0_SDK\epoc32\include

Are these header-files existing in the include-directory (maybe deleted or whatever). Otherwise it's not explainable.
