Legal: Emulator screenshots use for marketing?

Dear Nokia-Support

For the marketing of my own programms I want to use
screenshots of your emulators running my program.
I would like to show a "full" screenshot including the picture of the phone.
I want to show them on web pages, manuals and maybe also
in print advertisements.
I this allowed? Is there anything I need to take care of?
Should I remove the Nokia-string from the picture of the phone,
or should I leave it?

Hello Nokia People,

nobody from Nokia has complained.
So I interpret this that I can do whatever I like with the screenshots of the emulator, and Nokia does not care.
