Urgent: launch default wap browser in S60 without GPRS connection confirmation
Hi everybody,
I am developing an application in S60 using C++. The application can launch the default WAP browser in the phone. But before the browser is launched, a GRPS connection confirmation was appeared. It is inconvenient for the users. How can I avoid the confirmation? It took me a few days to find a way, but nothing. Could you give me some suggestions? thanks in advance.

How about instructing the user to pre-configure the access point used by phone's browser. If the browser is set to always ask then it will always ... ask. It is user's choice how the browser should behave.

ltomuta, how to configure the access point, so that the browser don't ask the confirmation. I use Nokia 6670. Thanks.
Re: Urgent: launch default wap browser in S60 without GPRS connection confirmation
Like I said, it is user's choice and is to be done through browser's UI (Options->Preferences->Access point). He/she might have a very good reasons not to set it to a predefined IAP but have it ask each time before making a connection...
