IdRA 8310 to laptop "no phone connected"

The software does install, so there is a connection between the 8310 and the laptop, but when restarted the Nokia connection manager indicates there is no phone connected eventhough de IR-sign in the telephone's display is stady (not blinking). Does anyone have some advice?

I found it:

Limit the connectionspeed to 57.000 kps in het infra red connection properties panel!
