Can't obtain serial number for third edition SDK

Hi,

I tried to get a serial number for the S60 third edition SDK today.
I am redirected to the website [url]https://sso.forum.nokia.com/login?service=http%3A%2F%2Faux.forum.nokia.com%2Fasis-m2%2Flicensereq[/url]

But I get the error message:

Error
The system was not able to process your request now. Please try the registration again from your product.

Can this be solved?
