I have need a connection to the real live MMSC for test my messages

Hi,

I would know how I can send .mms file (create by mms java library)
to a real live MMSC for test my messages on my mobile phone nokia 7650
My Mobile Operator is VodafoneOmnitel, Tim and Wind
I try to request at my mobile operator but I don't have any response
There is for example a MMSC in other country that I can use for test my mms message??

my question is:
what is the heade in a MMS File?
the body is in Smil lenguage, but the header how it is made?
