Some debug output, if it's any use. I've just loaded up my exe and set a few breakpoints. No breakpoints appeared to be hit in the IDE, and the application continues to run.

An update: I downloaded Carbide 2.0, and that can talk to the 3.0.9 TRK application just fine. So it seems an interaction between 3.0.9 and Carbide 1.3.2 is to blame, for connectivity anyway.
