can i change the profile in s60 2nd edition ? using simbian c++

in other word can any one give me a code or anything to read to do that plz

i used N95 and it worked but when i use the API it give me this error (after 100% installation in the phone ) unable to execute the file for security reasons

its 3rd_FP1 SDK
and iam using N91
and the app doesn't lunch

the application is installing after finishing the installing, it doesnt work (i mean after i make the sis file and i install it in the phone it finish 100% ) by the way iam using some nokia APIs for...
