Yes Nokia 3220 has a secure chip and a NFC Interface. It does not have an integrated tag, neither it can read a tag. I don't know if i can emulate a Tag. Nokia 6131 has a read tag feature.

I can read and write to smart poster tag with several 6131 with no problem. But i can't read neither write to smart poster using a regular Mifare reader. Does somebody know what are the keys...

In fact i had the same problem using 6131 with Omnikey reader CardMan 5321. It seems it happen when readers support both ISO14443 and T=CL protocol. Most of the time the mobile is seen as a T=CL...
