the problem is the JDK, uninstall the problematic version will fix the problem.

I'm using this solution to develop on Mac OS for Nokia Series 40 (J2ME), unfortunately the integration with the IDE is not possible but you can use the emulator (I'm using the Nokia SDK 1.1 and 2.0)...
