I've seen this behaviour with W2K server more than Professional. I have the same problem with another program I wrote which has problems with NTSVC.OCX which is Microsofts own OCX and it can't create...
Go to Services and change the service to run as administrator and not Local System.. this is most likely the problem..

there is no real format. it is a pure binary image.. 72 x 14 dots in binary form.. there is also header information which you'll find info on in the PDFs.

Most of us have problem even trying to setup a Picture and sending it.
Anyone care to share some VB examples.. we can learn off that even if it doesn't work 100%.
