I don't know what you exactly call an open source program for NFC... did you mean a midlet ? . There are a lot of "open-source" examples on the NFC Wiki.
Also if you want more open source...
Those three tags use the default NDEF keys I guess...
You can find them on internet.
If it doesn't work, you could consider use one of the recent and efficient attack tools to retrieve the keys...
