手机一卡多号，手机切换到新的卡号，获取的IMSI依然是前一个卡号的IMSI，只有通过重新启动手机才能获取新卡号的IMSI。如何一切换卡号，不重启手机，就能获取新的卡号的IMSI？
我用以下来获得IMSI：
CTelephony* telephony = CTelephony::NewL();
