Ovi/Nokia never did respond, even after several emails.

As such, I chose not to upload my software to Ovi.
If they can't offer any reassurance to my concerns then
I can only conclude they have...

It's not so much 'my' access I am concerned about but who in Nokia/Ovi has
access to the raw .SIS file holding server.
That I guess is the problem and why Nokia/Ovi haven't responded...

And so, 11 days later still no answer to this important question.
I received an email from Ovi saying that I must upload my app
"no later than 11:59pm EST on April 21st."
I even emailed this...

So far I have only received this response from Nokia/Ovi support:

It wasn't even the E70 I needed to test on - it is the E60 (352*416 Pixels).
(I got the model No. mixed up).

I don't even support the Winged shaped E70.
