To know all these you have to send e-mail to developer.support@nokia.com asking them what is your ACTUAL revenue (not the one you see in report, which is just ESTIMATED) and when they will pay you....

As far as I know, we cannot :) We cannot see even reviews of customers and if you target your content locally (like China, India) then you cannot know what's going on with content at all :)

Remember that just rating with comments are shown. If the user only rated an app it wont be shown in the list of reviews but rating will be counted :) That's how some apps have very strange rating

Still no invoice, but according to Andrew, there are no problems that payment team made people aware of. So invoice should be beginning of next week :)

It was written (at least in my invoice) that payment due is 15 days. So I guess it's a matter of few more days

It seems that reports start updating again, I see partial update for 25-27 March now

You can register as individual developer and publish paid apps without any problems (means you do not need to register in any professional societies in France). Of course registering your business...

There are no hidden costs, you pay once 1 euro and you're able later publish your apps (if they pass QA of course)
