As far as we know from OTA v7.0 spec doc and our tests,
setting this parameter(When Needed/Always Online) seems not to be defined currently. Maybe in future versions of OTA spec it would be defined...

As defined in OTA v7.0, you can set additional bookmarks while sending setting sms. But as far as we saw from our tests, current phone models do not recognise the additional bookmarks. Just getting...
