In my area there is no care so ..... I update my phone software but it is not working. The security code remain unchanged

I know 12345 is default security code on Nokia Mobile....
But If I change it and if I forgot the security code Then how can I reset it ??
I don't wanna go to NOKIA CARE..... :D

Sir its a mobile app.... but I need computer software ....

I wanna make Operator Logo(*.nol) for s40 Mobile....
How can I make it? Is there a tool to convert
*.png,*.bmp,*.gif etc. file to *.nol...
I realy Need this please any one help me. Waiting...
