I've had problems as well. After I use the 'add SP-MIDI sysex' button and resave the file sometimes the timing of the track is messed up. Very weird.

You need the JRE 1.x latest version. I had the same problem. Download it from Sun I guess?

I use CubaseSX on the PC to test the MIDI files with the SP-MIDI tools from Nokia - it works ok so far.

Not sure which phone to get still...
