因为你的widget下载器是通过widget.openURL实现下载的，也就是通过打开wap浏览器实现文件下载的，当你第一次使用时wap浏览器尚未打开，所以你的下载参数传递给wap浏览器应用了。但是第二次点击的时候，wap浏览器仍然处于打开状态，widget.openURL无法激活wap浏览器，并传递参数，所以，第二次就无法下载。
