you have to run as Administrator on Windows 7 otherwise the app behaves very weirdly (won't be able to compile). I am currently having so many issues with 4.2 just really don't know where to start,...

Also remember that you need to ZIP the containing directory and not the seperate files, otherwise it will also generate an error when trying to install.
