When you launch PI via Carbide, the wizard offers you a possibility to install the profiler sis file. If you are not able to get it working, please let us know.

Unfortunately ROM symbol files are not publically available and therefore the tool is not fully functional for 3rd party developers. At least some bigger companies are making contracts with Nokia so...
